Konstantinos Konstantinidis Amphiktyon wrote
What is man and life?
a shadow, cloud of condensed particles
duration is minimal as it spins
like a micro-siphon with conscience and soul
and soon dissolves suddenly
Your cloud struggles and toils
material goods and wealth to acquire
when this dissolves behind it will leave nothing
only sorrow and this will soon be forgotten with oblivion
except with acts of beneficence
and a stateless person becomes a citizen
then your memory will be lasting and will remain alive
If the cloud offers you rain
and makes the flower bed bloom
it will bring you glory and happiness
but if it is sterile it is also crooked
sorrows will also create division
wars, conflicts and misfortune
As the cloud swiftly whirls
enjoy sweet life, be “Zorba” go around the whole earth, set up dance competitions and give love the most beautiful flower
keep your soul pure and don’t burn it like a dadi like a pelican
don’t sell your honor and honor like a spoiled clam
and in the barracks when you enter her
Macedonia thundered a song at us
Like your revs are slowing down
to enjoy riches and imitate the givers
if you want eternity become a benefactor
honor and respect even after death to have
The virtuous cloud good name leaves
the warped “black hole” opens
and nature will need time to close it
This journey in the blink of an eye comes to an end
but it doesn’t end
nature prepares us something else that our mind does not perceive
And then money and wealth useless and unnecessary
what you put in the bank
as you get older you can eat less and enjoy less
and your grave as they say you dig with your fork
All your friends and contemporaries are gone
as your cloud now slowly spins
your beautiful life never comes back
now stuck at home, forgotten by everyone
prone to disease and old age
from the doctors and the hospital dependent
have something to do to justify it
your existence
if you stop creating you shorten
old man your life
All generations a continuation a sequence
a link to immortality
therefore respect the previous generation
for your children to honor you too
when your turn comes
This from an experienced reader wishing you health and longevity (10/9/24)
