Greek Civilization<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Greek Civilization is self-created, Humanistic, and Ecological<\/strong>. To date, from prehistoric times onward, the Greeks have created seven (7) great civilizations: the Antediluvian Civilization of the Giants, the Minoan, Mycenaean, Classical, Hellenistic\/Alexandrian, Byzantine, and European Renaissance civilizations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is based on a complete balance between human beings and the environment. The Greeks had discovered and tested mechanical principles\u2014Hero of Alexandria, Daedalus, Archytas, and others<\/strong>\u2014but they did not put them into practical use, so as not to disturb the balance of the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greek Civilization is also Science \u2013 Truth, Art \u2013 Beauty, Spirit, Logos \u2013 Dialogue, Music \u2013 Theatre \u2013 Tragedy \u2013 Song, Philosophy, Moderation, Nothing in Excess, Know Thyself, Cosmos \u2013 Divine Mystagogy<\/strong>, and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also represents Peaceful Coexistence<\/strong> among individuals, peoples, nations, and religions, as well as Unity and Cooperation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hellenism also embraces:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a\/ The Ancestral Religion of the Twelve Gods<\/strong>, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b\/ Orthodoxy<\/strong>, itself a philosophical synthesis of the Greek spirit (Neoplatonism<\/strong>)\u2014the quest for the Divine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you delve deeply into the study of ruined temples and sacred Monasteries, each person will find his or her lost self and communicate with the Divine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To know Greek Civilization, you must come in person to this blessed land of the gods and live, for a while, the Greek experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, commercial tourism offers very little experience and spiritual substance. Such an experience is essential for modern human beings, who have become detached from nature and humanistic values, have become bound to technology, and now seek answers and even salvation from Artificial Intelligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hellenism could offer much more to humanity today. However, the fact that, for 17 centuries now, Greece has had a bad neighbor\u2014the barbaric Turkish state\u2014has exhausted the vitality of Hellenism in preserving Greece\u2019s freedom through bloody sacrifices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This spiritually distorted and uncivilized neighbor, which settled upon the Greek Ionian Civilization instead of developing it, suppresses every cultural initiative and is interested only in increasing armaments, pursuing conquests, and expanding military bases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The so-called \u201cRepublic of Turkey\u201d oppresses its people and ethnic groups, keeps political opponents in prison, maintains its invasion and occupation of nearly half of Cyprus, invaded Syria, and continually threatens Greece and its neighbors with war (casus belli<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greeks and Philhellenes\u2014those who share in our education and culture<\/em>\u2014have a duty to promote Greek Humanistic and Ecological Civilization<\/strong> and spread it throughout the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the duty of every civilized and responsible citizen, regardless of nationality, religion, ideology, gender<\/strong>, and so forth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
