It should be noted that the Ptolemies were also Greeks, just like Alexander the Great.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was there that mythology was separated from history, and various writers and scholars composed works, such as Herodotus (who was misled and wrote many inaccuracies), Diodorus, Diogenes Laertius, Apollodorus, the Alexandrian Polyhistor, Berossus, Abydenus, the Jewish historian Josephus, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, all of them were unaware of the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cHymns of Orpheus\u201d (the Orphic texts)<\/strong>, which contain astronomical observations dating back to extremely ancient times. These were first made known through the work&nbsp;<strong>\u201cOgygia\u201d by Athanasios Stagirites in 1815<\/strong>. Yet even then, the established anti-Hellenic doctrine refuses to acknowledge that the Orphic texts belong to the most ancient Greek tradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commentary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1\/<\/strong>&nbsp;Linear Script A is connected to Linear Script B. It uses almost the same characters\u2014therefore it is also Greek. The symbols of Linear A were transferred into the (proven Greek) Linear B script. About&nbsp;<strong>3,600 years ago (officially)<\/strong>, Linear A was borrowed from the Cretan Greeks\u2014wrongly called \u201cMinoans\u201d\u2014and from the Greeks wrongly called \u201cMycenaeans\u201d, both undeniably Greek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Linear B is the&nbsp;<strong>Mycenaean dialect<\/strong>, which was used in the administration not only of the Mycenaean palaces in Crete, but also in Thebes (Boeotia), Mycenae, Pylos, Tiryns, and the rest of mainland Greece (and Greece beyond today\u2019s borders, I would add).<br>\u2014 G. Lekakis,&nbsp;<em>Archive of Culture<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\/<\/strong>&nbsp;Ignorant so-called researchers, due either to lack of knowledge or to other motives, divide and fragment the long history of the same people who have lived continuously in the same land, speaking and writing the same language with local variations and sharing the same values and traditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They do not limit themselves to fragmenting the Greek people and their history alone. This fragmentation extends to all expressions of Hellenism: ancient Greek vs. modern Greek, modern Greek language vs. katharevousa vs. ancient Homeric Greek, Greeks of Greece vs. diaspora Greeks, Cypriots, northern vs. southern Macedonia, northern vs. southern Epirus, Christians vs. pagans, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\/<\/strong>&nbsp;Greek archaeology has been labeled as mythology, and there is generally a refusal to acknowledge the continuity of this people who brought light to the world. This division is deliberate, in order to estrange us from our glorious roots and ancestors, from our timeless language\u2014the richest in the world\u2014from our values, traditions, and customs, and to make it easier to impose upon us foreign doctrines and beliefs that are authoritarian, theocratic, and often barbaric.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4\/<\/strong>&nbsp;Through representative democracy, the direct democracy that existed even since the time of Homer\u2014sometimes even in military decision-making\u2014was altered. Divisive political parties were introduced so that societies remain in constant internal partisan conflict. Even the expressions used by the mass media belong more to military terminology than to political debate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5\/<\/strong>&nbsp;Instead of gratitude, our supposed foreign allies and our neighboring barbarians have repeatedly wounded this nation through successive genocides and have not allowed it the peace necessary to create the renaissance that humanity awaits in order to enter the era of&nbsp;<strong>\u201cNoocracy\u201d<\/strong>\u2014the rule of intellect\u2014and spiritual maturity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6\/<\/strong>&nbsp;Two ancient peoples have historically been under persecution:&nbsp;<strong>the Greeks and the Jews<\/strong>. One represents the&nbsp;<strong>Spirit<\/strong>, the other&nbsp;<strong>Wealth and Matter<\/strong>. At first glance they appear to be in opposition, like Zeus and Hera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Excessive wealth overthrew the spirit, and disorder spread across the world. Only when these forces remain in balance can harmony prevail on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At present,&nbsp;<strong>matter and wealth have attempted to overshadow the spirit through the use of modern technology and recently artificial intelligence<\/strong>, and the world is experiencing instability and imbalance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is time for&nbsp;<strong>Hellenism<\/strong>, as a stabilizing force, to activate its civilization so that the following principles may prevail throughout humanity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Democracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Human Rights<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect for International Law and Justice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Humanism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ecology (which is particularly harmed by wars)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Universal Education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The limitation of extreme wealth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The peaceful disappearance of theocratic and authoritarian regimes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through&nbsp;<strong>friendship and cooperation<\/strong>, the world may advance toward the great new era opening before it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore, friendship, cooperation, and geostrategic partnership with&nbsp;<strong>Israel<\/strong>&nbsp;is not temporary but permanent and enduring, for the benefit of all humanity and especially for the consolidation of peace and stability in our troubled region, as long as the theocratic regimes of the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East threaten both countries (Greece and Israel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a)<\/strong>&nbsp;Israel\u2019s place is within the&nbsp;<strong>European Union<\/strong>, if it so wishes, once the situation stabilizes and the war ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b)<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Cyprus<\/strong>&nbsp;should enter&nbsp;<strong>NATO<\/strong>&nbsp;once the island is unified and Turkey is forced to withdraw its occupation forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>c)<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Cyprus and Crete<\/strong>&nbsp;are two key islands for the defense of the West and therefore must become strong defensive bastions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>d)<\/strong>&nbsp;Greece has a role in the Arab countries of the Eastern Mediterranean and should always approach them with an olive branch, as well as toward Iran in the post-Khamenei era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>e)<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Russia<\/strong>&nbsp;is a cultural creation of the&nbsp;<strong>Byzantine Empire<\/strong>&nbsp;and a geostrategic extension of Europe. This reality calls for Russia\u2019s inclusion in the European family with a special relationship (General Charles de Gaulle once spoke of a Europe \u201cfrom the Urals to the Atlantic Ocean\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amphiktyon \u2013 Major General (Ret.)
