The result was the Destruction of Cyprus, the Partition and the Genocide of the Greek Cypriot people (200,000 refugees, 5,500 dead, 1850 missing, etc.) Cyprus, the early cradle of the pan-human Civilization before the time of Homer, is divided by barbed wire and is threatened daily by the Islamofascist and expansionist Turkey, which declares that it owns all the lands of the former Ottoman Empire and will soon conquer them.
